This Education College includes well-developed programmes for sports and games.    In order to provide opportunities for learning the values of life through sports the college is organizing inter tournaments, to promote and encourage pupil teachers to involve in physical activities to develop physical skills through various games, like Disc throw, Chair race, Stretching rope etc. By participating in these activities it inculcated socially accepted qualities of sportsmanship and leadership qualities among teachers for their respective schools.

Independence Day Celebration

Maharaja College, celebrated Independence Day in the main ground of College premises. Chief guest was Director Shri N.K.Ladha with Shri D.C. Randhar jointly hoisted national flag at 9.00 am in the college. He unfurled the national flag and took salute from the student contingents. In their speech, they congratulated the Principal Dr. Chitrangad Upadhyay, Principal Shri. Dheeraj Joshi, Dean MIM Shri Vikrant Singh Tomar with their staff and the Students. All the staff and students attended the function with great enthusiasm and national fervour.



Science Club

Our science club meant to suggest ideas for an after-school science club. Obviously, after-school programs are voluntary, so our primary objective is to get the teachers there and keep them excited about science. Activities are designed primarily to introduce teachers to interesting/exciting science ideas. A secondary goal is to relate these ideas to science concepts from the classroom, as well as explain science topics. We also celebrates the Science week with   quizzes,   essay competitions, science projects through participating pupil teachers in science fairs at District, Division & State.




Echo Club

OMaharaja college believing that teachers should be members of Echo club and should be associated to increase environmental awareness amongs there students and to protect the environmental integrity of our campuses






Excursion Tour

Our college’s excursion tour might be defined as a type of tourist activity that is organized by the college, academic centre,. These might include picnics, excursions, tours, field trips, conferences, sports and other activities outside of the classroom. This is a compulsory part of the curriculum.





Visit of Observatory

The students of B.Ed. and D.Ed visited Ujjain Observatory and each student has to submit a report of visit to the B.Ed.& D.Ed. incharge with its Educational Value. The observatory constructed by Sawai Raja Jaisingh of Jaipur  in the year 1719 when he was in Ujjain as the Governor of Malwa under the reign of king Muhammad Shah of Delhi.





Village Camp

A work on a project for the survey of child Labour organized at Nakharani Dhani under village camp. Pupil Teachers told villagers that diseases that could be prevented were caused by water stagnation, improper garbage disposal and poor sanitation. They also educated them on the importance of hand washing The report is submitted with the B.Ed. incharge.




Salad Making Competition & Mehendi Comptition

A salad-making competition and a Mehendi competition was held at college premises on the annual day celebration. Over 25 pupil teachers participated in the salad-making competition, while 15 students participated in Mehendi contest. The participants were encouraged by the principal and students with their appreciation.
